R & J Scaffolding Ltd take pride of its Health and Safety record and zero accidents and incidents achieved by the following:

We operate a number of mandatory training sessions for all direct and in direct staff, including formal induction and ‘Tool Box Talks’. Continued Professional Development (‘CPD’) is actively promoted and extensively available from both internal expertise, and from external, accredited bodies. We also invest heavily in training including Health & Safety to develop staff through the whole process of training and qualification.

R & J Scaffolding Ltd ensures that it has procedures and policies in place for all compliance issues including Health & Safety, and the company meets and in many cases exceeds, all statutory requirements. Our Company Health and Safety policy includes relevant risk assessments such as working in confined spaces; emergency procedures; noise, and personal protective equipment. We have in house Health and Safety officers who have access to a range of external health and safety advice. Our Health & Safety policy is strictly applied to occupied premises, including assessment of client’s staff, occupants and members of the public with regard to health & safety, noise level, electricity, tidiness, first aid and emergencies.
